I had to doublecheck your personal style on the other images to make sure I understood approach. So hopefully, I can be helpful in my critique.

First off I love your shading it is very well done especially in the clothes. I also love how you treat the hair and the bows, its very stylized and beautiful.

There are a few anatomy issues I wish to address. I think you shading does a great job at accentuating form and volume, the only part that bothers me is the shoulder where you have a very deep shadow. The shadow created by the clavicle and shoulder muscle, are often exaggerrated like this in males, but for women our shoulders tend to have a little more fat and it forms a gentle curve. the clavicle towards the center is generally the deepest and most defined apart.

The lower right arm appears to be unnaturally long. Especially since the hand I am assuming is lying flat against the hip. So the difference between the arm lengths is pretty severe. This can be remedied by moving the arm to hug closer to the chest.

I double-checked you style since you draw faces in a unique way, though your 3/4 views have the same problem. The eyes are a little too far back around the head. A good reference point is the left part (or inner part) of the eye starts at the edge of the nostril.

But otherwise. Great job. This is a very good image with a nice flow and original stylistic approach that I love. Happy drawing :)

The right arm can be misleading without knowing the actual character. It's going to sound like a cop-out, but it's actually just one sleeve longer than the other. The clothing itself is logistically impossible anyway.

The same character in another drawing has a scarf that wraps around her like a snake and the longer sleeve is a precursor to this as this drawing is before the other drawing with the scarf timeline-wise. The drawings are sketches based on my graphic novel, so it's only fair for you to think I messed up the arm lengths without knowing that other business.

Thanks, glad you like it anyway!
